Shipping - Australia

 

 

We custom pour all of our orders and aim to have them shippied out within 3-5 business days. We ship through Australia Post Regular Post service which can take from 2 - 10 days depending on where you are based in Australia. This allows us time to pour, label and carefully package your items for shipping. If there are any unexpected delays you will contact you via email as soon as we become aware and will keep you updated with the status of your order. 

 

Shipping - International

 

 

We can arrange shipment to just about anywhere. If there is no delivery quoted for your country please email us with your full address and we will calculate a shipping price for you. All international customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes incurred and any return shipping costs.

International orders shipped with different shipment providers depending on location and size of your order.  

All transactions are processed in AUD. We accept Visa and MasterCard or PayPal. We do not accept personal or corporate cheques, or cash.

 

Returns & Damages

 

 

We do not offer a refund or return on ‘change of mind’ purchases as it is made to order. However, in the event you were sent the wrong goods, we will endeavor to send the correct item, or a replacement piece. In the event that items are damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as you are aware of an issue, take photographs and try not to use any products. Email us at info@allumecandleco.com for any returns or damages, and we will get back to you with instructions. Please note that Allumé is not responsible for the return shipping cost. 

 

All of our products are made by hand therefore there may be slight variations in every piece. These variations are part of the handmade beauty and not considered a fault. We try to accurately display all product images to represent the final finish, however if there is a significant discrepency between the representation and the finished product please contact us to arrange a replacement or credit.

 

We do not accept stockist returns of unsold goods, change of mind or pattern preference on natural materials.
